Ruth Bailey – Nutritional Therapist DipNT, mBANT, CNHC

ABOUT

I am a BANT and CNHC registered Naturopathic Nutritionist serving Abergavenny and Herefordshire.

I studied at The College of Naturopathic Medicine in Bristol for four years graduating with a Higher Diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition.

I am passionate about helping people with their health goals whether it be weight loss, support with a chronic health condition or general support to reach optimum health. I aim to do this via natural solutions such as whole organic foods, naturally derived supplements and lifestyle recommendations.

I have twin girls aged three years old and I’m a single parent so know about the challenges faced when trying to balance a healthy lifestyle with a busy and chaotic schedule. I aim to meet you where you are in your life and create a plan that is realistic and achievable.

I’ve faced my own health challenges with digestive health and hormonal imbalances and these are my primary areas of interest and expertise although I can help a wide range of people.

If you find yourself at a loss with getting the help you need in addressing your health give me a call and we can chat more about what I do.

I enjoy foraging, eating, singing, reading, sunshine and travel – all the things that are good for the soul.
